Tracks & Trails

Looking for somewhere to hike on a weekend or perhaps during the week? You’ve come to the right place. Below is what I consider to be some of the very best hiking tracks in Victoria.

Whether it be the Grampians, Wilsons Prom, Great Ocean Road, the Victorian High Country, the Dandenongs, Yarra Valley, or anywhere else around the state, there is something in here for everyone of all hiking abilities.

Each track report includes information pertaining to distance, difficulty level, track information, highlights, as well as some images that will give you an idea about to expect.

Furthermore, as each hike is tracked using WikiLoc, you’ll be able to click through to The Hiking Society WikiLoc account at the end of each track blog and take a further look at the stats.

You’ll also be able to download the trail should you be using the WikiLoc app yourself.

But, let’s face it, there’s nothing like getting out there and experiencing it first-hand.

Whilst I have tried to include the best hiking tracks in Victoria, I have also tried to include some other not so well-known hiking tracks in Victoria that some people may have never heard of.

Furthermore, there are also a few adventure guides available to you which encompass most, if not all, the hikes available to do in that area.

These include the Dandenongs, Marysville and Warburton.

This section of the website will be never-ending as there will always be hiking tracks in Victoria to be explored.

As always, if you ever have any questions about any of the hikes, feel free to send me an enquiry via our Contact Form.
