Thousands of people all around the world are taking the challenge to help change their lives in a positive way, one step at a time.
Ladybirds Outdoor Adventures are an outdoor group for women aged 40 and over. They are based in Melbourne but run free events (mostly hikes) all across the state, with some events run by a third party that incur a fee. Ladybirds started when it was recognised that there wasn’t much out there in the way of outdoors activities for women specifically in this age group. Summit Strength is a personal training service created specifically to help trekkers have the best chance of a safe, enjoyable and successful bucket list adventure. Owned and run by Rowan Smith whose years of experience and testing his “Summit Success Method” on real-life adventurers, he is confident that his training can get you fitter, stronger and more resilient than ever before to tackle some of the worlds most iconic trails.

Rob is very much an accomplished photographer through his own work, producing incredible outdoor photography that includes scenic landscapes, wildlife and storm chasing adventures through Tornado Alley in the USA. He is also a photography tutor and a guide for Explore Photography, where he’s able to run skills-based workshops and photography tours both locally and internationally.
